stardoll whats going on?

if u go to the dkny search u will see that there's a Orange bag but u cant see it or have it so whats going on stardoll is having a lot of problems lately

and today is the 25th and we suppose to get 15sd today but it wont open and a lot of people r having this problem and others don't so this is a another problem that stardoll is having
